Usually we use 55-degree hardness eva foam sheet to make flooring (many factories use 38 degrees, for higher profit). This hardness foam flooring is durable, but also relatively soft and easy to cut by hand. Relative to higher hardness materials, it is more economical and suitable for most consumers.

We use environmentally friendly closed-cell EVA Foam and high-strength self-adhesive adhesive.
