PC44 ferrite powder is same as our TP44 ferrite powder. TP44 material is a power MnZn ferrite powder developed on the basis of TP40 material. Its material initial permeability is 2400±25%. The core has high initial permeability. It has the characteristics of high temperature, low loss and high saturation flux density. Under the high temperature point of 100℃, the loss of the materials is lower than TP40 materials, which can be as low as 350 mW/cm³. Lower power loss is good for reducing the temperature rise of the inductance and transformer ,which has smaller calorific value. For some power supply equipment with relatively closed working environment and higher working temperature, the magnetic core made of TP44 material can more effectively reduce the calorific value of inductance transformer, reduce the interference to the working temperature of peripheral electronic components, which can more effectively extend the working life of power supply. It is suitable for making ferrite core of various shapes, which is generally used for making all kinds of high-grade transformers. The transformer made of magnetic core of TP44 material can reduce the temperature rise and can effectively solve the heat dissipation problem caused by product structure.
