37140-60410 Drive Shaft Assembly for Toyota
In order to ensure the normal operation of the drive shaft and prolong its service life, please noted in application:
1. It is strictly forbidden to start with a high gear.
2. Do not lift the clutch pedal with a rush.
3. It is strictly forbidden to overload and overspeed.
4. Please always check the working condition of the drive shaft.
5. Please always check the tightening of the drive shaft hanger;whether the supporting rubber is damaged; whether the connection parts of the drive shaft are loose;and whether the drive shaft is deformed.
6. In order to ensure the dynamic balance of the drive shaft, pls check whether the balance soldering piece is desoldered sometimes. When loading a new drive shaft, pls check the assembly mark of the telescopic sleeve, and ensure that the end yoke is in one plane. When repairing and disassembling the drive shaft, the assembly marks shall be printed on the telescopic sleeve and the end yoke shaft in order to maintain the original assembly relationship during reassembly.
7. Lubricated grease should always be filled into the universal joint. No. 3 lithium grease in summer;No. 2 lithium grease in winter.
