Generally, we use particle board, MDF, plywood as board base material.
All boards meet Level E0 and CARB P2.
Carcass box: universal box is a white/grey linen thermo fused melamine carcass with matching interior.
Edge banding: 0.6mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm full edge banding with matching color.
Carcass material: nominal 3/4” and 5/8” plywood and particle board.
Hardware: DTC 6-way adjustable hinge and tandem metal box, multifunctional hardware, magic corner, spinning tray, spice rack, trash box etc.
Door & drawer: high gloss acrylic and high gloss PET surface veneer, heavy texture melamine door surface, all sorts of colors and types, wood grain emulated.
Ready-to-Assemble design, the products are flat-packed or delivered after assembly according to customer requirements.
For RTA design, its easy to assemble at site, with steady structure and functional hardware, its easy for user to assemble and adjust by self.
Product design conform U.S standard, also can make products per customer requirements.

Yes, you can just give us your floor plan and kitchen layout, we will design for you.
2) What’s the MOQ and Leadtime?
Suggested MOQ is a 20 ft container, because this can save the freight and cost, Leadtime is about 45days after deposit.
3) What’s your payment item?
We suggest FOB Klang, 30% deposit is required, and balance should be paid against B/L.
4) What’s your quality policy?
Our QC control the quality in our plant, and if there’s any damage and quality issue occur at customer site, we will send new products for replacement.
