ACHIEVE CHEM designed the three types of High pressure reactors to meet clients’ requirements: TGYF Desktop high pressure reactor, CJF Series High pressure stirred autoclave/reactor and FCF Series liftable reactor. Our High pressure reactor can accomplish the reactions at temperature below 300°C and pressures of 22MPa, with a capacity of 0.05L-50L (capacity can be customized).

TGYF Desktop High Pressure Reactor



























The TGYF Desktop high pressure reactor is suitable for stirring of flammable, explosive and highly permeable chemical media. There are three types of TGYF Desktop high pressure reactors, Type A and Type B use magnetic stirring and Type C uses mechanical stirring.



CJF Series High pressure stirred autoclave/reactor



























The CJF series High pressure reactor adopts a static sealing structure, and a magnetic coupling is used to connect the agitator and motor drive. There is no contact torque transmission to solve the problem of loose sealing material leakage caused by direct mixing, and the medium and mixing components are in an absolute sealed state.



FCF High-Pressure Reactor



























The FCF series High pressure stirred reactor device for chemical reactions of gas-liquid, liquid-liquid, liquid-solid, or gas-liquid-solid three-phase chemical materials. It can fully stir various chemical materials under high pressure, vacuum, and temperature, enhancing mass and heat transfer processes.



The FCF series High pressure stirred reactor is a type of reactor that can be lifted (or equipped with a condensing device), and it uses mechanical stirring.

TGYF Desktop High Pressure Reactor



The TGYF high-pressure reactor is a type of magnetic drive autoclave reactor. It features a compact and cylindrical design with a robust stainless steel construction. The reactor has a magnetic coupler that eliminates the need for traditional mechanical shaft seals, ensuring leak-free operation. This design allows for the efficient mixing and heating of the reaction mixture under high-pressure conditions. TGYF reactors are commonly used in industries such as chemical synthesis, pharmaceuticals, and materials research for high-pressure reactions requiring precise temperature and pressure control.



 



CJF Series High pressure stirred autoclave/reactor



The CJF high-pressure reactor is a multi-functional high-pressure reactor system. The main feature of CJF high-pressure reactor is the use of a static sealing structure. The stirrer and motor drive are connected by a magnetic coupling. Due to its non-contact transmission torque, static sealing replaces dynamic sealing, which can solve the problem of leakage during mixing and keep the entire medium and mixing components in a sealed state. Therefore, it is more suitable for mixing reactions in various flammable, explosive, highly toxic, precious media, and other permeable chemical media, It is a leak free reaction equipment used for sulfurization, fluorination, oxidation and other reactions in processes such as petroleum, chemical, organic synthesis, polymer material polymerization, and food.



 



FCF High-Pressure Reactor



The FCF high-pressure reactor, also known as a continuous flow reactor, is designed for continuous-flow reactions under high-pressure conditions. The FCF reactor typically consists of multiple interconnected tubes or channels that enable efficient heat transfer and reaction control. The FCF high-pressure reactor can achieve the mixing, dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, and mixing of multiple materials in a vacuum or pressure environment.
