Product details

Front Sway Bar With Bushings For Volvo S60 V70 XC70

The YZS Solid Sway Bar affects the handling of the car on the lower end of the suspension. Sway bars tie the lower suspension components together across the rear, and affect a car's oversteer and understeer.

The sway bar will keep your car flat in turns instead of leaning over to one side. They distribute energy from the side of the car with all the force from the turn to the other side of the car, bringing the whole car down flat. YZS Solid Sway Bars provides better cornering especially at high speeds.

FAQ

Q: How long will it take to replace the front sway bar?

A: The front sway bar is a little more difficult than the rear sway bar install. But it isn't very hard at all. The only reason it takes longer is because you have to remove a couple of trays, so it still won't be a problem. If you are performing this upgrade yourself and you have the proper tools then this job shouldn't take more than 1-1/2 hours.

Q: Does the anti-roll bar reduce the chances for a car to tip over?

A: Not really, if by tip over you mean roll over onto its side. The anti roll bar connects the wheels on opposite sides and increases the force on the more heavily loaded outside wheel in a turn. The body will roll less, but this is desirable because it keeps the tires in better contact with the ground. In a tall car more lateral grip means the car may roll over rather than slide, which is bad.

If you were thinking of a roll bar rather than an anti-roll bar, the answer is also no. A roll bar is meant to prevent the roof from collapsing if the car does roll over.

Q: How many items of sway bar at present?

A: Now we have more than 300 items.
